A new catering business has opened up in Kamloops as of Dec. 1 that specializes in locally sourced charcuterie trays for a variety of different events, including weddings, date nights, club meetings and gatherings and more. The Grazing Goat will “allow the citizens of Kamloops to purchase and customize fresh charcuterie for their event,” owner and founder Tianna Graham said.
“The Grazing Goat offers charcuterie catering for events both big and small,” Graham said. “Our platters are artfully displayed using fresh and local ingredients whenever possible. As of right now, our menu is limited, but we accommodate different food preferences and allergies. We plan to expand it to include many more options in the new year.”
Graham is working towards building this business through meeting new suppliers and attending TRU events to get to know the community she hopes to do business with.

“We’re currently renting a spot in The Stir on Royal Ave,” Graham said. “[Our] next event is Decemberfest on Dec. 14th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., where the Grazing Goat will be serving up individual charcuterie and will have cheesecake-filled strawberries to sample.”
Graham will be appearing at several TRU events, sometimes in partnership with other local businesses, to meet and get to know the TRU community even more.
For example, Graham is partnering with Marc Robitaille, owner of the local woodworking business LMB Designs, to showcase his handcrafted wooden boards at various events. The pair will continue to work together in the upcoming year and plan to attend multiple TRU-hosted events.
“I currently hand-select items from local grocery stores and Gary’s European Deli,” Graham said. “In the future, I plan on connecting with Nu Leaf for produce and a local supplier of honey.”
